Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at yayaluluth. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at yayaluluth@gmail.com with details and photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same item, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, downloadable software, and some personal care items cannot be returned.
